Labox Alcoholometry
From cask reading to alcohol stock.
Labox Alcoholometry calculates volumes, ABV and pure alcohol from cellar measurements. Labox Réserve tracks operations and stocks in a separate application.
THE TOOL IN ACTION
From reading to pure alcohol volume.
After an ullage or wetted-height reading in a cask, calculate the volume it holds, bring it to 20 °C, then get the pure alcohol volume. Conversions and ABV calculations are available in Alcoholometry.

From reading to result, with no re-entry.
The calculations the cellar needs stay within the same tool, from volume to pure alcohol.
CASKS AND LARGE VATS
Calculate
Calculate the volume held in a cask or a large vat, then convert it to 20 °C or to pure alcohol.TARGET STRENGTH

Why bring a volume to 20 °C?
The measured volume varies with temperature. Converting to 20 °C lets you compare measurements and calculate the pure alcohol volume on a common basis.
How is the pure alcohol volume calculated?
Multiply the volume brought to 20 °C by the alcohol by volume at 20 °C, then divide by 100. Alcoholometry performs this conversion from the measurements you enter.
