LEGAL INFORMATION

Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

This page explains what personal data is collected on labox-reserve.com, why, and how you can exercise your rights. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

Data controller

Labox Applications, a private limited liability company (SARL) with share capital of €16,000, whose registered office is at 5 rue Fénelon, 33000 Bordeaux, France (SIREN 907 867 204). Contact: .

Data collected

The only processing of personal data carried out on the website is that of the "Book a demo" and "Join the waiting list" forms. They collect:

After sign-up, the waiting list form offers optional questions about the size of your cellar, how you track your stock today, the timing of your project, your expected budget for the first year and the support you need.

No other data is requested. The website has no user accounts and no advertising. Visits are measured anonymously, without cookies (see "Cookies and audience measurement").

Your information is used solely to respond to your demo request or your waiting list sign-up: to contact you again, prepare and organise the appointment or the installation, and then follow up on the resulting business relationship.

The legal basis is Labox Applications' legitimate interest in responding to requests from its business prospects and, where the request aims at entering into a contract, pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible only to the people at Labox Applications in charge of handling demo requests and waiting list sign-ups. It is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.

The form data is stored in France and Labox Applications does not transfer it outside the European Union. Google's services are subject to Google's terms, which govern any transfers by means of the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR.

Retention period

Your data is kept for three years from our last contact with you, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to object to its processing. You may also set directives regarding what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to . We may ask you for proof of identity where there is reasonable doubt.

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL): cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.

Cookies and audience measurement

The labox-reserve.com website does not place any cookies on your device: no advertising, no embedded third-party content. This is why it does not display a consent banner.

To find out how much the website is visited, we use Umami (Umami Cloud, hosted in the European Union), a cookie-free audience measurement tool. It records anonymous, aggregated statistics: pages viewed, referring site, country, device and browser type, clicks on the demo button. It does not store your IP address, does not track you from one site to another and does not allow you to be identified. These statistics are neither combined with other data nor used for advertising purposes.

To avoid being counted, enable the "Do Not Track" signal in your browser: the website respects it.

If we ever add a tracker that requires consent, this page will be updated and your agreement will be requested beforehand.

The link to the calendar opens a Google service in a new tab. That service is operated by Google and is subject to Google's own cookie policy.
