CERTIFICATES
Digitank Gauged Containers
From measured level to cellar stock.
Digitank turns the level observed in a tank or a tanker into a volume, using its gauging certificate. Labox Réserve tracks containers and stock operations separately.
THE TOOL IN ACTION
From a measured height to a volume.
Enter a gauge height in millimetres for a container whose certificate has been added. Digitank shows the matching volume in hectolitres; an addition or a racking also lets you anticipate the new height.

The level becomes a usable volume.
From the gauging certificate to the volume needed for the operation, the field reading is immediately usable.

LABOX RÉSERVE
From observed level to actual cellar stock.
Labox Réserve tracks containers, volumes and stock operations. Digitank Gauged Containers provides the gauging calculations in its own application. Discover Labox RéserveFrequently asked questions about Digitank Gauged Containers
What is the gauging certificate for?
It links the measured height to the volume held. Digitank uses the data in this certificate to display the volume associated with the reading.
Can you anticipate an addition or a racking?
Yes. Once you have entered the volume to add or draw off, the application calculates the matching gauge height in the container.
What is tank gauging?
Gauging a tank means establishing the volume it holds at every liquid height. The result is recorded in the container’s gauging certificate: from then on, a simple height reading is enough to know the volume.
Ullage or innage: what is the difference?
Innage (wet dip) measures the liquid height from the bottom of the container. Ullage measures the empty space between the liquid surface and the reference point at the top. Both give the same volume, provided you use the measurement the gauging certificate is based on.
